Role Overview

Ocean Lord Limited is seeking a highly organized and experienced Storekeeper to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and stock control activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping, proper storage of materials, and smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of materials

• Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and documentation

• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies

• Ensure store operations comply with company policies and safety standards

• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to support smooth workflow

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excesses promptly

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an accounting background

• 5–7 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and MS Word

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• High attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills

Salary

N150,000 monthly
