Job Title: Subject Teacher (Sciences)
Location: Akobo, Ibadan – Oyo State
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Duties
- Manage and lead classroom activities effectively
- Adopt teaching strategies that meet the diverse needs of students
- Monitor learning progress and provide necessary support
- Plan and deliver structured lessons that drive academic achievement
- Teach skills that promote independent learning and effective communication
- Support the development of students’ social independence
- Lead subject or focus area in line with the School Improvement Plan
- Prepare and submit accurate student progress reports
Qualification and Skills
- Minimum of B.Ed, B.Sc (Ed), B.A (Ed), or equivalent degree
- At least 1 year of teaching experience
- NYSC completion is compulsory
- Possession of P.G.D.E. or TRCN certification will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong passion for teaching and student development
- Familiarity with 21st-century ICT tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Salary
N40,000 – N100,000 per month
