Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver clear and engaging lessons in assigned subjects
• Use technology and modern teaching methods to support learning outcomes
• Assess students’ progress and provide regular academic feedback
• Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment
• Support students’ academic and personal development
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions
• For House Mistress role, oversee daily hostel activities and student welfare
• Provide emotional support and ensure a safe and respectful hostel environment
• Monitor student behavior and enforce school rules consistently

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Teaching qualification or TRCN certification is an added advantage
• Minimum of one year teaching or related work experience
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Strong interest in professional growth and development
• Basic knowledge of technology for teaching and learning
