Role Overview

We are hiring a Male Supervisor to oversee hostel operations. The role involves managing daily activities within the hostel, ensuring order, safety, and proper conduct among residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hostel operations
• Ensure hostels are clean, safe, and well organized
• Monitor hostel staff and external service providers
• Address minor issues and report serious matters to management
• Enforce hostel rules and university regulations
• Maintain discipline and support smooth daily operations

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification
• Previous experience in hostel supervision or a similar role is an added advantage
• Ability to work well with students and staff
• Good communication and people management skills
• Physically and mentally fit for supervision duties
• Male applicants are preferred for this role

Salary

Monthly pay ranges from N70,000 to N100,000
