Job Overview

The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the boutique, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and staff performance. You will ensure the store reflects the brand’s image, meets sales goals, and maintains high visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service

• Guide the sales team to meet individual and store targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Team Management

• Supervise, motivate, and support sales staff.
• Train and develop team members to improve performance.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback.

Operational Management

• Oversee inventory levels to ensure consistent product availability.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines to highlight products effectively.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store.
• Track and analyze daily sales performance.

Brand Management

• Maintain the brand’s image and uphold company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute in-store events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and visual merchandising practices.

Salary

N120,000 – N150,000 monthly
