Location: Ekoro Road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, coordinating team performance, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and management. The role focuses on productivity, compliance with company policies, and effective warehouse and operations supervision to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise daily team and warehouse operations

  • Serve as a liaison between staff and management to ensure clear communication

  • Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and enforce company policies

  • Boost team productivity and ensure achievement of operational targets

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow efficiency

  • Identify operational issues and provide practical problem-solving solutions

  • Ensure adherence to work schedules, safety standards, and operational procedures

Work Schedule
  • Working hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm

  • Working days: Monday to Saturday, including public holidays

Qualifications and Skills
  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

  • Minimum of 3–5 years working experience in a warehouse or operations environment

  • Background in accounting and business administration is required

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and supervisory skills

  • Ability to monitor performance and drive operational efficiency

Salary

N95,000 – N100,000 per month
