We are currently hiring for the role of Supervisor to manage daily operations in a supermarket/pharmacy located in Ibadan.
Location: Ashi Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and support staff, manage schedules, conduct training, and evaluate performance
- Track inventory levels and coordinate timely reorders to ensure stock availability
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with vendors and suppliers
- Drive sales and improve profitability through strategic merchandising and promotions
Requirements:
- HND or B.Sc in any relevant field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations
- Strong team leadership and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
- Proficient in inventory control and retail operations
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software tools
Salary: ₦70,000 per month
