Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the full supply process for the business. This role focuses on procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure all outlets receive quality supplies on time and at the right cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage supply chain activities across all business locations
• Source and purchase food items, packaging materials, décor items, and operational supplies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service terms with vendors
• Monitor stock levels in outlets and warehouses to avoid shortages or excess
• Coordinate transportation and delivery for daily operations and events
• Work closely with kitchen, outlet, and event teams to plan supply needs
• Track supplier performance, delivery accuracy, and product quality
• Review supply data to improve processes and reduce unnecessary costs
• Ensure all items meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Support new outlet openings and expansion projects with proper supply planning

Qualifications and Skills

• B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications are an added advantage
• At least 4 to 5 years experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles
• Experience in food service, catering, production, or event operations is highly preferred
• Experience managing supplies for multiple locations or high-volume operations
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Good knowledge of inventory control and cost management
• Ability to plan, forecast, and coordinate logistics effectively
• Familiarity with supply chain or inventory management software

Salary

N250,000 per month
