We are currently recruiting a Tax Lead to join our team.

About the Role
The Tax Lead will be responsible for developing and executing tax strategies that align with the company’s goals. This role involves ensuring full compliance with tax regulations, providing advisory support, and strengthening financial performance across business portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies that support business objectives
- Ensure compliance with all corporate tax laws and statutory requirements
- Review and approve tax filings, returns, and supporting documentation
- Provide tax planning advice to senior management, including incentives and risk management opportunities
- Track changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business
- Represent the company during audits, investigations, and engagements with tax authorities
- Mentor and support junior members of the finance and tax team
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CITN is mandatory
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in tax management, with 3 years in a leadership role (experience in the energy sector is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and international tax regulations

Salary
₦1,500,000 – ₦3,000,000 per month
