Mission
The successful candidate will manage and guide a team of customer support partners, ensuring excellent service delivery, smooth order fulfilment, effective operational plans, and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and document customer data accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Monitor customer support partners, ensuring timely communication and task completion.
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for team members.
- Perform NCC compliance checks on activated GSM lines and provide reports.
- Handle non-GSM reconciliation activities with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic sales fulfilment reports for management review.
- Support CRM operations, monitor trends, and enhance customer service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to order management processes, rules, and communication standards.
- Process sales fulfilment requests and complaints promptly, keeping requesters updated.
- Assist in designing, reviewing, and updating operational processes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
Education
- First degree in any relevant discipline
- Proficiency in English
Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant work experience, including supervisory roles
- Experience in medium to large organizations
- Background in channel, order, inventory, and customer management
- Strong data analytics and Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership abilities
