Role Overview

The Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and software development projects from concept to deployment. This role involves coordinating diverse teams, ensuring clear communication, and driving projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AI and software development projects from scoping to deployment
• Translate stakeholder input and ideas into structured documentation, tasks, and priorities
• Run standups, manage sprints, and align all stakeholders on progress
• Coordinate developers, product teams, creatives, and business units
• Ensure multiple projects run smoothly, on time, and on target

Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing AI and software development projects end-to-end
• Proven track record overseeing full product development lifecycles (scoping, planning, execution, delivery)
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and API integrations
• Proficiency in software development methodologies including custom builds, low-code platforms, and SaaS solutions
• Ability to create clear technical documentation, tickets, briefs, and process workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Jira, and Slack
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Bonus: Product management experience, knowledge of Xano, Flutterflow, Python, or LLM tooling, and experience managing remote or asynchronous teams

Compensation

• Base Salary: USD $1,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: USD $150–$500 per month based on KPI over-performance
