Role Overview

We are hiring confident and results driven Telesales Executives to support a fast growing dental service provider. This role involves speaking directly with potential patients, providing helpful information, and converting enquiries into booked appointments. The ideal candidate is friendly, persuasive, and comfortable working with targets in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing patients

• Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments

• Share clear information about dental services and clinic locations

• Build rapport with callers in a polite and professional manner

• Follow up on leads and update records in the CRM system

• Work with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient bookings

• Meet weekly and monthly sales and booking targets

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Experience in telesales, call centre, or customer service is an advantage

• Ability to work with targets and performance goals

• Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence

• Professional attitude and good telephone manners

• Must be based in Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt

Salary

N250,000 monthly
