Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female)
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Job Summary
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for following up on generated leads and converting them into successful sales through phone calls. You will engage with both new and returning customers, provide information about their orders, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth sales process. This role combines sales and customer service to create a positive customer experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Call potential customers using leads provided by the marketing team
- Convince undecided leads to complete their orders
- Provide delivery information and respond to product-related questions
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Completion of NYSC
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly
