Role Overview

The Telesales Officer will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls, generating and converting leads, and building strong customer relationships. This role is key to expanding the company’s customer base and promoting repeat business through effective communication and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Generate leads and convert prospects into sales

• Promote company loan products and services effectively

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Follow up with existing customers to drive repeat business

• Update and maintain accurate customer records on the CRM system

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

• Provide basic product information and respond to customer inquiries

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of First School Leaving Certificate with relevant telesales or sales experience

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines

• Basic computer and CRM usage skills

• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset

• Candidates residing within Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Ojodu, Abule-Egba, or Iyana-Ipaja are strongly encouraged to apply

Salary

N100,000 – N150,000 per month
