Role Overview

The TikTok Ads Expert will be responsible for creating and managing paid campaigns on TikTok to engage diverse audiences across Africa. The role requires strong knowledge of TikTok trends, creative storytelling, and the ability to design campaigns that connect with younger audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
• Research and implement precise audience targeting including interests, behaviors, and lookalike segments
• Partner with creators and influencers to produce authentic and engaging ad content
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve results
• Explore and experiment with new TikTok ad features and formats

Requirements

• Practical experience using TikTok Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, content trends, and algorithm
• Creative skills with the ability to brief designers and video editors effectively
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
