Role Overview
The Travel Consultant will play a key role in providing exceptional travel services to clients. You will handle inquiries, manage bookings, and guide customers through various travel processes to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries on visas, study abroad opportunities, flight bookings, and tour packages
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel and visa requirements
- Manage reservations and ticketing for both local and international flights
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth processing of applications
- Achieve monthly client conversion targets
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in a travel agency or a related role
- Solid knowledge of visa applications, ticketing, and reservations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in computer applications and online booking platforms
- Positive attitude, integrity, and a results-driven mindset
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month
