Job Description

The Videographer will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos for use across multiple platforms, including advertisements, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, websites, and other social media channels. The role also involves working closely with real estate brokers to create impactful video content that supports marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals, including promotional videos, product showcases, and event highlights.
• Manage the full video production cycle from pre-production (storyboarding, location scouting) to post-production (editing, color grading, sound design, and graphics).
• Capture and document company events, team activities, and other significant moments for internal and external communication.
• Stay updated with video trends and new technologies to introduce innovative ideas and elevate content quality.

Monthly Deliverables

• 4 Instagram reels videos per week (16 reels per month).
• 4 YouTube videos.
• A total of 20 videos every month.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant academic qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in videography, filmmaking, or related fields.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Capcut, or similar tools.
• Ability to operate drones.
• Strong knowledge of cinematography, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Demonstrated creativity and technical expertise with a portfolio of previous work.
• Strong storytelling skills with attention to composition, pacing, and detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
• Added advantage: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or creating short-form social media content.

Salary

N250,000 per month.
