Role Overview

We are hiring a Visa Processing Officer to manage and support visa application processes for our clients. This role involves checking documents, reviewing applications, and guiding applicants through required procedures. The ideal candidate must be careful with details, communicate clearly, and follow immigration rules strictly.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review visa applications
• Check and confirm the accuracy of submitted documents
• Assess applicant eligibility based on visa requirements
• Ensure all applications follow immigration laws and internal guidelines
• Communicate with clients and provide clear updates on application status
• Respond to client questions in a polite and professional manner
• Keep proper records of applications and related documents

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a relevant diploma or degree
• Experience in visa processing or travel services is an advantage
• Good knowledge of visa requirements and documentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to work with clients calmly and professionally
• Basic computer skills and record-keeping ability

Salary

N150,000 to N180,000 per month
