Job Title: Vision Testing Officer

Job Description

• Conduct visual acuity tests to detect eye defects
• Educate prospects on the importance of good vision for safe riding and recommend healthy practices
• Provide feedback to management on findings from vision assessments
• Stay updated on advancements in visual testing methods and equipment, and advise management on improvements
• Ensure prospects have a positive experience by attending to them politely and professionally
• Answer questions and guide prospects on vision-related issues
• Assess understanding of driving safety measures and traffic laws
• Document and report performance during vision assessments

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of the local dialect in the business territory
• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to handle clerical and administrative tasks with good planning and numeric skills
• Methodical approach to completing tasks
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain concentration over extended periods
• Knowledge of highway codes, traffic, and road-use rules
• Ability to provide clear instructions
• Basic knowledge of vehicles
