Role Overview

The Waiter and Waitress will welcome guests, take orders, serve meals, and ensure customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely as they arrive
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Attend to customer requests and escalate issues to a supervisor when needed
• Clear and clean tables after use
• Keep the dining area neat and hygienic at all times

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent
• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong customer service attitude
• Must be neat, punctual, and well-groomed

Salary

N70,000 per month.
