Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Waiter and Waitress to provide friendly and efficient customer service. The ideal candidate will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve meals and beverages promptly
• Check on customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Handle customer concerns or refer to the supervisor when needed
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent
• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good customer service skills
• Must be neat, punctual, and well-groomed

Salary

N55,000 per month
