Role Overview

We are looking for a courteous and service focused Waiter or Waitress to support daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will ensure guests feel welcomed, orders are handled correctly, and service runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests politely and assist them throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner
• Keep tables and dining areas neat and properly arranged
• Process customer payments and operate the till correctly
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house teams
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment at all times

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification of SSCE, NCE, or OND
• Two to three years of experience in a similar role is preferred
• Good verbal communication and customer handling skills
• Friendly attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a busy environment and manage pressure
• Clear focus on guest satisfaction and service quality

Salary

N90,000 monthly salary
