Role Overview

Nemitt Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join its warehouse operations team. The Warehouse and Store Officer will support daily warehouse activities, manage stock movement, and ensure accurate inventory records. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, detail oriented, and interested in warehouse and inventory management within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock replenishment
• Arrange stock properly for easy identification, counting, and stock taking
• Replenish shop floor stock on a regular basis
• Manage inbound and outbound movement of products
• Ensure all goods received and dispatched are correctly documented and labeled
• Issue materials based on approved store requisitions
• Follow company policies, systems, and industry standards at all times
• Prepare monthly warehouse and inventory reports
• Conduct physical stock counts and explain any variances between records and actual stock

Qualifications and Skills

• ND or HND qualification with a minimum of two years relevant experience
• Previous warehouse or retail store experience is an added advantage
• High level of integrity and honesty
• Physical ability to lift and move stock items
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping skills
• Candidates should live within or close to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Ajegunle, Apapa, Mushin, Fadeyi, Yaba, or nearby areas
• Preferred age range is 24 to 38 years

Salary

Monthly salary ranges between N100,000 and N140,000
