Role Overview

The Warehouse Associate will support day to day warehouse operations for partner organizations in Canada. The role involves handling inventory, processing orders, packing items, and keeping the work area clean and safe. This position is suitable for candidates who have experience in warehouse or manual work and are interested in building a career in logistics and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and arrange incoming goods and materials.

• Pick and pack items based on order requests.

• Prepare orders for dispatch according to set standards.

• Load and unload goods safely from trucks or containers.

• Update stock records and report any shortages or differences.

• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organized.

• Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, BSc, or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse, logistics, storekeeping, or related work is an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move items as required.

• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse tools, scanners, or equipment. Training will be provided where needed.

• Willingness and readiness to relocate to Canada through our structured placement program.

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good work attitude.
