Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Wealth Management Analyst to support the development and delivery of tailored investment solutions for HNWIs, UHNWIs, and family office clients. The role involves investment research, portfolio analysis, sales support, client reporting, and business development. The ideal candidate will manage both analytical and commercial responsibilities while contributing to client acquisition and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new client opportunities.
• Participate in client pitches, proposal development, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and track sales pipeline activities to support business growth.
• Conduct asset class research and track global and local market trends.
• Analyse portfolio performance and prepare investment reports.
• Support client meetings and prepare presentation materials.
• Maintain accurate records of client portfolios and transactions.
• Ensure consistent and professional client service delivery.
• Provide market feedback to improve products and services.
• Prepare routine activity and performance reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a first degree in a numeric or finance-related discipline.
• Professional certification is an added advantage (CFA, ACCA, ACA, CISI, etc.).
• 3–5 years of sales experience in wealth management or asset management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support both sales and investment functions.
• Good knowledge of financial products, markets, and portfolio strategies.
