Role Overview

We are seeking organized and detail-oriented Weighbridge Officers to support daily operational activities at our locations. The role involves weighing inbound and outbound trucks, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and facilitating smooth communication between logistics teams and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh inbound and outbound trucks and accurately log gross and tare weights

• Enter product details, truck information, and related data into the weighbridge system

• Issue weigh-in tickets or offloading advice slips to drivers

• Receive and file relevant documentation such as waybills for proper record-keeping

• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly weighbridge activity reports

• Highlight unresolved operational issues to supervisors

• Maintain effective communication with drivers, logistics staff, and supervisors

• Conduct routine inspections of weighbridge equipment and report any faults

• Ensure weighing procedures align with site rules, safety standards, and industry regulations

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Computer literacy and ability to work with digital systems

• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

Salary and Benefits

N80,000 – N100,000 monthly
