Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Wellwork Supervisor III to oversee and support wellwork, workover, and intervention operations. This role involves supervising onsite teams, coordinating with service partners, and ensuring all activities comply with company procedures and safety standards. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of wellwork operations while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision and planning support to well management and engineering teams.
• Oversee daily wellwork, workover, and intervention operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Communicate safety, health, environment, and security expectations to all personnel.
• Support and guide Service Partner personnel during all stages of wellwork execution.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and determine root causes for non-routine failures.
• Ensure all approved procedures are followed and implement management of change processes when necessary.
• Prepare detailed daily and operational reports for management review.
• Inspect and verify service partner equipment before mobilization.
• Review and validate function and pressure testing of BOP equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure wellwork plans are practical and executable.
• Mentor and coach early-career wellwork supervisors, production operators, and engineers.
• Identify and report lessons learned to improve operational processes.
• Perform relief duties as Wells Operations Superintendent when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wellwork, workover, or rigless intervention operations.
• Previous experience with an oil operator or in slickline, coiled tubing, or wireline operations.
• Strong understanding of well integrity and safety management systems.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and coordinate complex field operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current Well Control certification is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to high standards of safety and environmental practices.
