Job Title: Workshop Supervisor
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests on machinery to detect faults
- Interpret test results and recommend necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot engines, steering, transmissions, and braking systems
- Inspect electrical and lighting systems
- Carry out test runs to evaluate machinery performance
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance
- Keep accurate records of all services and repairs
- Follow inspection checklists and safety protocols
- Manage spare parts inventory
- Write clear and concise maintenance reports
Job Requirements
- HND or BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a similar role
- Strong background in maintenance and workshop supervision
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Understanding of safety standards and regulations
Salary Range
₦120,000 – ₦170,000 per month
