Job Role: Business Developer (Field Sales)
Location: Bayelsa

Role Overview
As a Business Developer on the Pay with Transfer (PWT) team, you’ll be a key player in expanding our presence across the region. You’ll identify and onboard high-quality merchants and agents, promote our PWT solutions, and ensure ongoing engagement and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard potential merchants and agents
- Deploy and manage PWT account posters
- Educate merchants on the benefits of using bucket data services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants and agents
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
Compensation
- Base Salary: ₦50,000 monthly
- Transportation Allowance: ₦20,000
- Performance-Based Commission: Up to ₦100,000
