Job Position: Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive merchant acquisition across key sectors including supermarkets, pharmacies, filling stations, eateries and restaurants, lounges and bars, and hotels within the region
• Develop and deploy strategic initiatives to boost sales revenue and achieve company goals
• Manage and lead the regional merchant acquisition team, ensuring profitable growth
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the merchant team, consistently meeting and exceeding set targets
• Guide Key Account Managers to achieve individual and team KPIs
• Meet and exceed regional targets for transaction value, transaction volume, and revenue
• Track market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to the Merchant Acquisition Manager
• Maintain a strong understanding of FairMoney’s products and services to advise merchants effectively
• Conduct follow-ups with both active and inactive merchants, and coordinate POS retrievals where necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in merchant acquisition or a similar sales role
• Ownership of an Android smartphone
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing sales teams
• Strong leadership and motivation skills
• Flexible, result-driven, and hardworking with a proven success record
• Excellent self-management and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities
