Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Online Marketing and Performance Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital presence and drive meaningful engagement. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a complete online marketing strategy that supports company objectives
- Identify target audiences, set measurable goals, and create campaign roadmaps
Content Creation and Management
- Design and manage high-quality content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Maintain brand consistency in voice, style, and visuals
Campaign Management and Performance Analysis
- Launch and monitor paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare actionable reports
Community Management
- Foster audience engagement by responding to interactions and managing promotions
- Build a loyal and active online community
Cross-functional Collaboration and Innovation
- Work closely with HR and commercial teams to align messages and campaign goals
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools to keep strategies fresh and effective
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong writing skills, with basic graphic design and video editing knowledge
- Experience using ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or related industries is a plus
