Role Overview

The Accountant will manage day to day financial activities including bookkeeping reporting budgeting and regulatory compliance. The role demands accuracy professionalism and the ability to provide financial insights that support business decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements

• Manage budgets invoices and payroll processes

• Monitor and document company expenses with timely reporting

• Support internal and external audit exercises

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Advise management on cost control cash flow and budget efficiency

• Liaise with vendors banks auditors and other finance partners

Qualifications and Skills

• OND HND or BSc in Accounting Finance or related field

• Minimum of one year accounting experience preferably within real estate

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools such as QuickBooks or Sage

• Must reside in Sangotedo Ajah or nearby areas

• High level of accuracy integrity and attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised analytical and proactive in problem solving

Salary

N150,000 and above depending on experience
