Location: Lagos
Work Type: Hybrid (up to 50% remote)

Role Overview
We are hiring a Cloud Solution Architect to support businesses in their transition to hybrid and public cloud environments. This role involves understanding customer needs, designing architecture, and delivering cloud solutions using Microsoft technologies. You will work as part of the CSA Global Delivery team, helping businesses unlock the full value of Azure infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Gather customer insights and translate them into technical architecture and solutions
• Help customers understand how Microsoft solutions can meet their business goals
• Represent customer needs to internal Microsoft teams to guide product improvements
• Support a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
• Build trust by delivering solutions that improve long-term value

Technical and Business Impact

• Identify and resolve technical blockers during implementation
• Use broad knowledge of Microsoft products and competitors to drive solution adoption
• Design resilient, secure cloud infrastructure that meets performance and cost needs
• Support end-to-end application deployment and increase customer usage
• Recommend best practices in performance efficiency, security, and scalability

Leadership and Growth

• Take initiative in team planning, delivery, and customer engagement
• Mentor other team members and share technical expertise
• Represent Microsoft at industry events, webinars, and technical meetups
• Contribute to new tools, processes, and intellectual property to improve delivery

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure and solution design
• Expertise in Azure Core Services (Compute, Networking, Storage)
• Experience with virtualization technologies like Hyper-V, VMware, or Azure Stack
• Knowledge of Azure security best practices
• Background in technical consulting or customer support
• Ability to build strong client relationships and manage delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Technical certifications in Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Experience working on hybrid cloud projects
• Capability to lead and manage a partner delivery team (CSA Pod)
• Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills
