Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and hands-on Content Assistant to help bring our storytelling to life. If you are passionate about digital content creation, photography, video production, and social media engagement, this role is for you. As a Content Assistant, you will develop engaging content across multiple platforms to enhance our brand’s presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in content strategy brainstorming and planning sessions
- Assist with photography, video shooting, and editing for various content needs
- Publish and manage content across all platforms, including social media
- Grow and engage our online community through effective social media management
- Monitor and manage community interactions, ensuring positive engagement
- Conduct research to support writing book drafts and public speaking content
- Contribute to content performance reporting and provide actionable insights
Qualifications and Skills
- Female, resident in Port Harcourt
- Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital content creation or social media management
- Proficient in editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platforms
- Strong writing, research, and storytelling skills
- Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with the latest digital trends
