About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Assistant who will support the Creative Director and design team in bringing unique and visually captivating designs to life. This role blends creativity with attention to detail and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design process from initial concept to final production.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain design records, archives, and organized project files.
- Assist in developing mood boards, design presentations, and styling concepts.
- Participate in fashion shows, photoshoots, and promotional events.
- Provide creative input on fabrics, colors, and garment styles.
- Create sketches, illustrations, and digital designs.
- Inspect garments throughout production to ensure top quality.
- Report issues and work with the production team to resolve them.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and presentation of final products.
- Keep accurate records of design and production activities.
- Support with daily production scheduling and creative planning.
- Help with model styling and visual content for social media.
- Stay current with fashion trends and contribute fresh, competitive ideas.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in fashion design or styling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchbook), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and design principles.
- A great eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for smooth collaboration.
