We Are Hiring: Order Fulfillment Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from order processing to final delivery confirmation.
• Ensure a high success rate for payment-on-delivery transactions by effectively coordinating with delivery partners and customers.
• Manage product returns, repairs, and quality control to maintain high service standards.
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure efficient storage and timely retrieval of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Collaborate with courier and logistics partners to streamline the delivery process and handle exceptions.
• Implement quality control measures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Prior experience handling payment-on-delivery transactions.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
