Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, phone calls, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism, offering accurate information about services.
- Inspect items for defects and report issues promptly.
- Keep organized records of all client interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
- Accurately process, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents, including customs paperwork and bills of lading.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in any field, preferably in Social Sciences or Business Management.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
