Role Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented Data Capturing Officer on behalf of our reputable client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately collecting, inputting, and maintaining organizational data across digital platforms. This position plays a key role in ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and reliability of company records.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into digital databases and spreadsheets.

• Review information to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or omissions.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and classified information.

• Organize and manage records to ensure easy retrieval and data accuracy.

• Support the preparation of reports, audits, and performance summaries.

• Collaborate with various departments to verify and update records.

• Participate in data quality assurance activities and promptly report discrepancies.

• Complete all data entry and capturing tasks within set timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, data capturing, or administrative roles.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Salary

₦50,000 per month.
