Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee daily production operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing activities run smoothly, efficiently, and meet both quality standards and delivery timelines. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage resources effectively and contribute to the company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage production schedules
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and resource planning
  • Supervise equipment selection, usage, and maintenance
  • Set and uphold quality control standards
  • Monitor production efficiency, costs, and budgets
  • Track productivity and product standards
  • Ensure prompt repair of faulty machinery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
  • Enforce safety regulations across the factory
  • Meet delivery timelines and customer expectations
  • Generate detailed production reports for management
  • Motivate and lead production staff
  • Evaluate team performance and identify training needs
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production or factory management
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Skilled in identifying and resolving equipment or workforce issues
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in relevant software applications
  • Detail-oriented with a logical and structured approach to work
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
