About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who can transform client ideas into visually compelling designs and elevate our digital content with bold, innovative visuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and account managers to deliver standout graphic designs.
- Design visually appealing content for use across Pulse platforms and social channels.
- Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality and accuracy, including spelling and grammar checks.
- Conduct research to support design briefs and produce sketches or rough drafts.
- Work across various media formats including photography and interactive graphics.
- Keep design work organized, backed up, and accessible.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.
- Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Secure appropriate licenses or rights for all image and media use.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh and creative ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience with a solid design portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, After Effects).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and understanding of UI/UX design is a plus.
- Strong eye for detail and design principles.
