Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Van Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Ibadan. If you are passionate about sales, goal-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.
Location: Oluyole, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance across all assigned stores, focusing on volume, product distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
- Ensure consistent availability and visibility of all SKUs within each sales channel
- Maintain retail pricing and display standards in line with company goals
- Identify and convert new and inactive customers, with a weekly target of 250 productive customer interactions
- Accurately report market and sales insights to the manager, including daily coverage and competitor activity
- Handle driving and routine maintenance of the company vehicle
Requirements
- OND or HND qualification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar sales role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to drive and maintain a delivery vehicle
