Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s mission, values, and long-term goals
- Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention to build a diverse, high-performing workforce
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives through coaching and leadership support
- Lead employee engagement programs that foster a positive work environment and strong company culture
- Oversee competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs aligned with business priorities
- Use HR data and reporting tools to guide strategic decision-making and optimize processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to reduce organizational risk
- Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business needs and promote continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- A Master’s degree or certifications such as CIPM, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR is preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of proven experience in human resources management
- Strong understanding of HR systems, tools, and reporting platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage diverse personalities effectively
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- Demonstrated success in senior HR leadership roles with a history of driving impactful HR strategies
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment regulations, and evolving industry trends
- Ability to think strategically, lead cultural transformation, and foster employee engagement
