About the Role
We are currently seeking a Registered Company Nurse to join our team at our Ode Remo facility in Ogun State. This is a full-time role, ideal for a healthcare professional passionate about occupational health and employee wellbeing in a dynamic and technical work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care and support to employees.
- Conduct health assessments, screenings, and routine medical checks.
- Monitor and manage workplace health and safety compliance.
- Respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid.
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health systems.
- Collaborate with management and external health service providers.
- Support the implementation of health and safety programs.
- Handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
- 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid nursing license and registration.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and best practices.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with medical tools and healthcare software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures.
