Position: I.T Personnel
Location: Mafoluku, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
As an I.T Personnel, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation of technical systems and providing support across departments. Your role will include both proactive maintenance and immediate troubleshooting. Core duties include:
- Installing new hardware and software
- Updating and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support
- Training new team members on IT systems and best practices
- Researching and recommending upgrades or new technology
- Managing data security and system threats
- Supporting software development and infrastructure improvements
- Replacing damaged hardware components
- Coordinating with internal teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
