Job Overview

We’re hiring a passionate and results-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence. In this role, you’ll lead strategy, content creation, and community engagement across various social platforms to boost visibility and build lasting connections with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a clear, goal-oriented social media strategy
• Stay updated on current trends, tools, and platform updates
• Create engaging content including text, visuals, and videos tailored for each platform
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule using social media management tools
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner
• Build and manage a positive, interactive online community
• Monitor performance metrics and report on social media insights
• Use data to refine and improve content and campaign strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and sales goals
• Identify and partner with influencers and relevant brands for collaborations
• Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in social media management or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter
• Skilled in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience running paid social media ad campaigns
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
