Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Back-End Software Engineer to help design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic tech-driven environment and is passionate about creating efficient backend solutions that power real-time financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for web and mobile platforms
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and technical solutions
• Design scalable software architecture that meets both functional and non-functional requirements
• Implement system-level security best practices
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to code reviews
• Guide junior developers and support their technical growth
• Keep up with emerging technologies and trends in backend development

What You Need

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend software development
• Proficient in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, or Node.js)
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps practices, and version control
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring team members

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with serverless frameworks (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
• Understanding of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiar with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working in a startup or innovation-focused tech team
