Job Overview
We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Officer to manage the movement, storage, and delivery of goods. This role is key to supporting our operations across construction and real estate projects. If you’re efficient, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation of goods from suppliers to project sites or warehouses
• Plan and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels using logistics tools or spreadsheets
• Liaise with transporters, vendors, and customers to resolve issues quickly
• Optimize delivery routes to reduce cost and time
• Provide logistics support for staff movement and site mobilization
• Manage and maintain records such as waybills, inventory logs, and delivery reports
• Support warehousing activities including storage, retrieval, and distribution
• Negotiate delivery terms with transport partners and ensure compliance with agreed timelines
• Arrange for the safe and timely movement of construction materials and equipment

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Logistics, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant logistics experience, preferably in construction or real estate
• Familiarity with Abuja routes and transportation logistics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking tools
• Ability to drive is an added advantage

Salary
Monthly salary range: ₦80,000 – ₦150,000
