Position Overview
We’re currently hiring an Experienced Maintenance / IT Technician to join our team in Abuja. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong technical skills in electro-mechanical repairs, IT infrastructure, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and follow company guidelines for facilities management, asset tracking, and procurement.
- Develop and execute planned and preventive maintenance schedules for facility equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including network cabling, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Manage and monitor Windows Server operations, LAN activities, and backup procedures.
- Administer local network systems including user accounts, access rights, and software applications.
- Coordinate IT software and hardware installations and upgrades with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Manage and maintain the company’s Intranet and G Suite, ensuring system security and proper access permissions.
- Oversee utilities, diesel and water supply, and maintenance of the staff residential facility.
- Source approved suppliers and vendors for all company purchases.
- Supervise the activities of contractors and vendors related to maintenance and IT infrastructure.
