Key Responsibilities
- Product Detailing: Present and promote company products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses, to ensure the achievement of set objectives.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales and product targets for your assigned region or territory.
- Marketing Activities Implementation: Organize and implement marketing strategies, including focus group meetings, clinical meetings, lab forums, and distributor forums, to engage healthcare professionals.
- Conferences and Events: Coordinate conferences and meetings for doctors and healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives.
- KOL Development: Build and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in your assigned territory and keep them updated on the latest product information.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain detailed records of all contacts with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other customers.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute work schedules and itineraries in collaboration with Institutional Managers.
- Stay Informed: Continuously update yourself with the latest clinical data, competitor activity, and government regulations to adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Debt Management: Assist in managing debts within your region.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and stay informed about the activities of health services in your area.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Candidates should have an HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 0-4 years of experience in a similar role.
