Role Overview
We are hiring a Milk Collection Center Coordinator to manage day-to-day activities at the collection center. This role involves overseeing milk collection, maintaining quality and cleanliness standards, building relationships with dairy suppliers, and supporting data tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent milk supply through regular engagement with herder communities and commercial farms
• Support training efforts by identifying knowledge gaps in herder practices
• Work with the quality team to document milk volumes and test results for each supplier
• Maintain an updated database of all milk suppliers
• Generate weekly and monthly reports using provided templates
• Prepare payment schedules for milk deliveries and coordinate with the finance officer
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to increase retention and attract new partners
• Oversee cleanliness of the collection center and supervise the janitor
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the MCC Manager

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Experience and Skills

• At least 1 year of post-NYSC experience working in a milk collection center or food/FMCG retail setting
• Proficient with digital tools such as MS Word, Excel, and AppSheet
• Experience working with rural communities and managing local stakeholders
• Ability to analyze and communicate data clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong reporting, writing, and oral communication skills in English

Language Requirements

• Fluency in English and Yoruba
